Create best in class experiences to help Shopify Partners be as successful as possible. Provide knowledge and insight to help drive UX decisions. Empathize and rally for end users.

Build and maintain complex web applications for Kong Enterprise customers. Work with UX & design to create intuitive UI by testing and validating concepts. Create & maintain a shared front end component library for use by multiple teams. Use modern technologies including Vue, Vuex, Jest & Cypress.

Oversee a small development team & ensure all client sites are delivered on time, within budget and at the highest quality. Work with team members to build efficient projects, use modern coding techniques, & best practices. Provide constructive feedback to help grow skill sets.

Help run email marketing and email strategy by ensuring email creative is on brand, monitoring eCRM & contact database, creating email automation, A/B testing, and provide reports.

Additionally, improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization. Work to provide structure, documentation and improve processes company wide.

Responsible for all web related work. Used knowledge of HTML/CSS, JS, Shopify Liquid, and other coding languages. Built, managed and maintained websites & e-commerce solutions.
